The RSD-70 electrci minishear is designed to cut out various kinds of material, such as choths, leather, plastics, films, ect. 

The following directions for use should be read before it is put in to operation.
1. Sharpener button: Give a light press to this button and the sharpener will sharpen the cutting edge.
2. Grinding wheel: Keep it clean with alcohol to keep it sharp.
3. Swing lubricator: It is provided with and oilhole for putting some drops of machine oil once a day to reduce the frication between the shearing surfaoes.
4. Carbon brush: When it shows itself worn down toless than 4mm, it needs replacing with a new one.
5. Counter cutter: When it shows an obvious sign of wearand tear, it should be replaced with a new one.

WARNING: Cut off the power supply before any parts is replaced. And keep clean, the motor and the shearing sides.
